For the past 6 years, our team at Mashal Homes has been dedicated to crafting custom homes, pouring our team’s creativity and dedication into every project. It is now time to embark on an expansion journey by moving into building project homes.

Mashal Homes is a vision brought to life by a duo of brothers, Walid and Wahid whose experience in the home-building industry led them to perfect their plans and ensure an efficient building journey. They are steadfast in their approach and refuse to compromise on quality.

Our master builders take pride in their work and final finishes to all projects, while our Site Supervisors ensure that each project is above par in quality before turning over the finished project to its owner. This sets us apart from standard project homes.

We fully understand the importance of balancing cost-effectiveness with distinctive designs. We can discuss with you and provide options to work with what you can afford without sacrificing quality. With a clear understanding of project home dynamics, we are armed with precise knowledge and a 6- to 12-month timeframe to complete a project.

Stage 1

Site Analysis

It’s time to start working. The first step is to define the basis of the building work proposed for your land. We look after everything, including:

  • Certificate of Title;
  • Site inspection;
  • Contour survey of your property;
  • Soil test;
  • 10.7 Planning Certificate from your Local Council;
  • Drainage diagram from Sydney Water;

This will help confirm if your build will comply with development guidelines or a development application through your local council.

Concept Design

The concept design stage with Mashal Homes is an exciting part of the building process where you will work closely with us to select a design that meets your needs and preferences. Building Contract

At this stage, you are now ready to sign our fixed-price building contract.
